We are honored to present our work at AMIA 2023 Clinical Informatics Conference.

Clinical trials are essential steps for bio-medical studies but are expensive and time-consuming. Learning from similar historical clinical trials can efficiently benefit organizations planning to conduct clinical trials. Unfortunately, trial documents’ unstructured nature and complexity make keyword-based similarity search inefficient and inaccurate. Here we proposed using the latest deep learning models in a hierarchical manner for the challenging task.
